At Passage New York Aesthetic Boutique, we adhere to the following policies and seek integrity, honesty and sincerity in all our transactions. Our staff are well trained in their respective field of work.We are committed to serve with professionalism and execute high delivery service towards our clients. ●      Passage New York store offers goods and services of satisfactory quality as defined in the Sales and Goods Acts S14(2)

●      Passage New York guarantees products that are well stocked and within the expiry date. All products used and retailed are registered with HSA , according to the regulations stipulated by HSA. Services are rendered by well qualified staff with the necessary qualifications stipulated by the relevant authorities.

●      Any deposits made for products and purchases are not refundable.  Any exchange for products and services must be made within the same day. Differences in prices will need to be made on the same day.

●      Passage New York ensures strict adherence to no selling policy during treatments. No staff is allowed into treatment rooms except the attending therapists.

●      All discounts, if any, will be displayed and highlighted to customers.

●      Passage New York accepts all major credit cards and currency in Singapore Dollars. Cheque issued is to be made payable to Passage Lifestyles

●      All prices for products and services are priced with GST. Prices display reflect the total amount payable inclusive of GST

●      All purchases made are clearly indicated on the sales receipt. There will be no additional charges unless stipulated in the sales receipt.

●      All treatments and prices quoted will be according to purchases stipulated in the customer’s records. It will be an accurate account.

●      Passage New York respects the privacy of our customers. All members of the staff are required to sign an acknowledgement letter , to protect the confidentiality and privacy of the customers.
